This is an online auction that is packed with great items.  There are several handguns, rifles, shotguns that are spread throughout the auction.  There are fishing rods and tackle.  There are WWI and WW2 items as well as new military items, challenge coins, medals, and more.  There are knives.  There is also a collection of silver commemorative coins, error coins, and unique collectible pins and novelty coins.  This is a great auction with some interesting items.  The firearms will all be picked up (if you are local) at a local (Yorktown) FFL licensed dealer.  I will add those details Monday.  The transfer fee will be $30 per firearm.  If you are having a firearm shipped, it must be FFL to FFL.  PLEASE DO NOT BID ON A FIREARM IF YOU ARE NOT LEGALLY ABLE TO OWN/POSSESS ONE.  IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK WHEN YOU GO TO PICK UP THE FIREARM, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.   There are 4 firearms on consignment that have reasonable reserves on them.  Those particular ones have it notated in the description.  If it is not notated in the description, then it is a firearm without a reserve.  

The silver commemorative coins are in great uncirculated/proof condition.  Look at each item.  You may be a coin collector, but I guarantee that there are other items that you will find interesting and desirable.

Online Auction Terms

 

** Every auction lot is sold "as is, where is with all faults KNOWN OR UNKNOWN" without warranty or guarantee of any kind.  Inspections of each lot can be carried out by personally looking at the item(s) on the day of preview, or through photographs that are uploaded for the online auction.  All bidders are asked not to bid on any lot (item) that they have not inspected to their complete satisfaction.   There are no warranties or guarantees provided by the auction house regarding the condition or functionality of the items being auctioned.  At the closing of each item, the item or lot becomes the responsibility of the winning bidder (buyer).  Every effort is made to describe the item(s) accurately.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Registration:  To gain access to the Auctioneer’s bidding system, you will need to register and obtain a bidder number.  You must be eighteen years old or older to register.  You agree that all information that you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate.  You may be banned from participation in the Auctioneer’s auctions indefinitely should you provide any false information during the registration process. 

** A 15% internet buyers premium is added to each successfully closed/sold lot, plus 6% VA sales tax. 

**  A 12% internet buyers premium is added to each successfully closed/sold lot, plus 6% VA sales tax for those that are paying in cash.  HOWEVER, YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF YOUR INTENT TO PAY WITH CASH PRIOR TO THE AUCTION ENDING, OR YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION.

 

**  The following forms of payment are accepted:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CASH prior to picking up the won items.   A $1.00 charge will be used to verify a credit card. The fee is released once credit card is verified.  

 

** All items must be picked up during the published date and time for pickup, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.  Any and all items not picked up at the conclusion of the determined pickup date and time will be deemed abandoned and become the property of Land of Goshen Auction House.  Please do not bid on an item if you are not able to pick it up, or pay for shipping.  THERE WILL BE NO CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS, or REFUNDS.

 

 Picking Up Your Items:  You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction.  If you are unable to safely pick up and remove your items during the removal times that have been scheduled for this sale, PLEASE DO NOT BID.   The Auctioneer is not obligated to issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times.  If a given item is identified as eligible for shipping, please follow the specified instructions to arrange for shipping.  

 

Release Upon Presentation of Receipt:  You understand and agree that the Auction Manager is only obligated to release your items after you or your agent presents a Paid Sales Receipt and satisfactory identification documentation.  You further understand and agree that it is your duty to ensure that any agent picking up items on your behalf has a copy of your Paid Sales Receipt to present at the pick-up location.  You explicitly authorize the Auction Manager to release your items to any person in possession of your Paid Sales Receipt.  No item will be released to any person unless that person presents a Paid Sales Receipt listing the item in question.  

 

Abandonment:  You understand and agree that any item that you do not pick up during the published removal times will be considered abandoned.  You understand and agree that you will not receive any refund in connection with any item that is considered abandoned, and that you will be charged a reasonable fee for the storage, removal, and/or disposal of any such item. 

 

Disposal of Unclaimed Items:  In the event you refuse to pay for or abandon any item that you win at auction, the Auction Manager will have the option of reselling, removing, storing, or disposing of the unpaid-for or abandoned item.  You understand and agree that you will be personally responsible for all deficiencies – and all legal, collection, transportation, and storage expenses – associated with your delinquent account and/or abandoned items.  In the event of resale, you agree to pay any cost associated with the resale as well as any deficiency between your original purchase price and the resale price.

**  Please bring a copy of your paid receipt and identification with you when you pick your won items up.

 **  Shipping will be available when stated, so please check accordingly.  All shipping and handling  costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged separately from the initial invoice.

**  You must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal or unethical conduct in relation to the online auction, such as bid manipulation, or shill bidding.

**  You must not bid on any item that you are prohibited by law from buying or owning, or that is subject to any restrictions or regulations that may affect its sale, delivery or use.

**  You must keep your username and password confidential and not share them with anyone else. You are responsible for all bids placed under your username and password.

The pickup will be Wednesday October 11th between the hours of 12 -5pm. at Wild Geese Trading LLC 110 Dare Road Suite C Yorktown VA 23692.   All firearms will be delivered there for pickup.  This is a newer gun store.  The owner is Christopher Galosi.
